I'm a Holistic Health Advisor with a Master of Nutrition degree. I've been working with both humans and animals in the health and behavioral space for many years now. As one of the early children to be diagnosed with Celiac Disease, back in 1986, food and nutrition has been an integral part of my life. My overall goal and passion in life is to help others reach their health goals to assist them with living their highest and best lives.
